We want everyone participating in and attending The Big Sing to feel welcome, supported, and well informed.

Accessibility information on this page has been provided by our Big Sing Regional Venues in March 2026. We know that access needs are different for everyone, and that no single list can cover every situation. As NZCF hires these venues, accessibility arrangements are planned and delivered by each venue, and may vary depending on the event and set‑up.

NZCF’s role is to:

 - Share clear and helpful accessibility information

 - Encourage early communication about access needs

 - Continue improving how we plan and communicate accessibility

 - Work with venues to support inclusive participation

We recommend contacting venues directly to confirm details such as parking, seating, bathrooms, lifts, hearing assistance, quiet spaces, or on‑site support. Questions about The Big Sing event or programme should be directed to your local regional coordinator.
