Getting to Auckland Town Hall
Public transport:

Drop‑off and taxis:
- There is a drop-off zone directly outside the main entrance that can be used for private vehicles, taxis, and rideshare services. This area includes a taxi rank
Accessible parking:
- Accessible parking is available at The Civic Car Park. Enter off Greys Ave, lifts take patrons to street level. During standard hours, the first 2 hours of mobility parking are free with usual rates applied afterwards. After 6pm and on weekends, mobility parking is free. Take your mobility card and entry ticket to a pay machine and press the help button. Within the Civic Car Park, the Mobility parking locations are: Level 1 Town Hall corner 1x large space - number 271; Level 1 Sky Metro corner 5x spaces - numbers 9-13; Level 2 Town Hall corner 2x spaces; Level 3 Town Hall corner 3x spaces

Entering the Venue
- Main entrances (Queen St and Greys Ave/Aotea Square) are wheelchair accessible and step‑free
Lifts:
- A glass lift is located in the central atrium
- The lift provides step‑free access to the Great Hall and Concert Chamber. Lift access is available from both the Queen St and Greys Ave entrance
Inside the Venue
Mobility access:
- Wheelchair, companion, and early seating available
- Two manual wheelchairs are available for hire, please pre‑book by calling 09 309 2677
Accessible bathrooms:
- One accessible toilet is available on the Stalls level, beside the main bar and the VIP rooms
Accessible seating + tickets
- For the Gala Concert/s:
- A certain number of accessible seats are reserved for access patrons
- Please contact Ticketmaster using the details listed here
- When you book, please request accessible seating and discuss with the ticketing agent to make sure the assigned seat/s will meet your access needs
- For the day-time performance sessions:
- Seats are not bookable in advance, but are available. If you require accessible seating, please arrive early and notify door staff/ushers
Performers and Backstage Access
- Step‑free wheelchair lift access to the stage is available
- There are accessible toilets backstage, however no accessible dressing rooms
