Getting to Holy Trinity Church

Public transport:

 - The closest bus stops are on Devonport Road, 1-2 minutes walking distance from venue entrance

 - Stop ID 4072 (Devonport Rd - Fourth Ave): Use this stop if you are coming from the City Centre

 - Stop ID 4035 (Devonport Rd - Third Ave): Use this stop if you are heading towards the City Centre

Drop‑off and taxis:

 - There is a drop-off zone directly outside the main entrance that can be used for private vehicles, taxis, and rideshare services

Accessible parking:

 - There are 40 on-site car parks available (some of which are accessible), next to the Main Building towards 3rd Avenue, and beside and behind the Annex Building towards 4th Avenue

 - The majority of parking is first come first served; however some specific spots can be reserved in advance


Entering the Venue

 - The main entrance is wheelchair accessible and step‑free

 - The auditorium has step-free access

 - The upper floor is accessible only via stairs

Lifts:

 - While there is an internal lift, it is not available for public use due to safety and operational restrictions


Inside the Venue

Mobility access:

 - Wheelchair, companion, and early seating available

 - One manual wheelchair is available for hire, this must be pre‑booked by calling (07) 578 7718

Accessible bathrooms:

 - Two unisex accessible bathrooms (single stall) are available behind the auditorium. In addition, there are separate male and female restrooms located in the foyer


Accessible seating + tickets

For the Gala Concert/s:

 - A certain number of accessible seats are reserved for access patrons

 - Please contact Humanitix using the details listed here

 - When you book, please request accessible seating and discuss with the ticketing agent to make sure the assigned seat/s will meet your access needs

For the day-time performance sessions:

 - Seats are not bookable in advance, but are available. If you require accessible seating, please arrive early and notify door staff/ushers


Performers and Backstage Access

 - While there is no portable ramp for the front of the stage, the stage is accessible via the backstage area. This path provides step-free access to the stage floor for wheelchair users or performers with limited mobility.

 - There are accessible backstage dressing rooms and toilets


Additional Accessibility Supports

 - Quiet / low‑sensory spaces available on request

 - Hearing Assist system available

 - Service dogs are welcome


On‑site Support

 - A designated House Manager is on-site and assigned to every event
