Advertising
Free advertising on the Concerts and Events page of our website, which can be filtered by date and region.
Upload your poster and details (including ticketing link) and you’ll have a full-page listing, plus your concert will appear on our Home page nearer the date.

Listing
Free featured listing in the monthly Regional Roundup emails to all members in your region.

If your concert appears on our Concerts and Events page, it will automatically be included in the Regional Roundup. Concerts coming up within a month receive a featured spot and those later in the year are included in a list at the end of the email.

Clash Calendar

Online clash calendar on the NZCF website to assist you with concert planning.

List your concerts as soon as you have your dates, and check out what other choral concerts are on in the future, so you can avoid clashes with other choirs in the region.

Find A Choir
|Free listing on the Find a Choir page of the NZCF website.  Singers looking for a choir to join in your region can sort this page by region and by choir type (eg world music, Barbershop, youth) or can search up your choir by name. Your listing includes a short blurb about your choir, where and when you rehearse, the name of your conductor, as well as a link to your choir’s website and social media pages.

Choral Vacancies

Choral Vacancies listings - Advertisements for vacancies for choir directors or other key roles may be placed on our Choral Vacancies page for up to three months at a cost of $85 (NZCF member choirs) or $170 (non-members) - this includes up to three insertions in our monthly NZCF eBreve newsletter and your monthly Regional Roundup newsletter.

Apra
Annual APRA licence - included in your NZCF membership subscription. NZCF has a special arrangement with APRA for member choirs’ annual performing rights licence. All APRA requires is a list of titles and composers, sent after each of your concerts. This can save your choirs a substantial sum – often more than the cost of your NZCF membership – and administration time.

Insurance

Insurance - NZCF has a comprehensive, tailored insurance package for member choirs provided by Gallagher (formerly Crombie Lockwood) (NZ) Ltd. The package includes public liability, employers’ liability and statutory liability, as well as assets insurance up to $50,000, all at the highly competitive rate of just $230 per choir.

Letters Of Affiliation

Letters of affiliation for funding applications – many community funders will ask if you are affiliated to a national organisation, and will require evidence of that. NZCF can quickly supply you with a letter of affiliation to include with your application and, where required by funders, can also write a letter of support.
