Nau mai, haere mai!

You're warmly invited to join us at Broad Bay Hall as we celebrate Matariki, the Māori New Year, with music, kai and community.

We'll enjoy a relaxed afternoon and evening together, featuring taonga pūoro performed by Jennifer Cattermole and Xavier Johnson, along with songs from the Lower Voices Choir and your hosts, Choir! Choir!

It's also Choir! Choir!'s 3rd birthday, so we'll be celebrating with delicious soup, fresh bread, and a big fat birthday cake! If you're able, we'd love you to bring a plate to share for dinner.

Entry is free, but koha is warmly welcomed and helps support local Ōtepoti artists and future community events on the Otago Peninsula.

We'll share kai together, enjoy good company and quite possibly end up in a sing-along around the fire.

We'll begin together at 4pm sharp, so please arrive a few minutes early if you can. Everyone is welcome. Bring the neighbours and your friends and whānau.
