Ars Nova Choir: Gloria

Last year was the 100th anniversary of Puccini’s death and, slightly belatedly, we are excited to present his powerful and melodic "Messa di Gloria", a lesser-known sacred work showcasing his extraordinary youthful ambition, written before Puccini became the renowned operatic maestro we all know and love.

The choir will be accompanied by Ars Antiqua Chamber Orchestra and directed by Christopher J. Luke.

Unfortunately, due to events beyond our control, our wonderful soloists on our original programme will now not be able to join us, so our revised ticket price reflects this.

Tickets available at the door which will open from 1pm. As is our custom, we would like to welcome our audience to enjoy some complimentary light refreshments following the concert.
