Choral Workshop with David Squire

As part of David Squire’s work with school choirs in the Manawatu/Whanganui area, David will lead an Open Workshop for choir directors, accompanists, choir administrators, and singers from community and church choirs.
David is a choral expert, Music Director of the New Zealand Youth Choir and founding member and vice-chair of the NZ Association of Choral Directors (ACD). He is also a national conducting advisor and a governance board member of the NZ Choral Federation. David has taught music in secondary schools for almost 30 years directing choirs, orchestras and bands including many groups that have won national and international awards.
Date: Thursday 25 February, 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Place: Palmerston North Girls’ High School Music Suite, at the rear of the Huia Centre/ Hall.
Entry from Huia Street. Off-street parking adjacent to Huia Centre.
Open to anyone interested. Registration Fee payable at door $10.
