Waikato Rivertones: On Track to Kentucky Concert

The award-winning Waikato Rivertones Chorus presents an evening showcase of spectacular vocal harmony with special guest, NZ singer-songwriter, Anna Hawkins.

The 2022 Champions in Women’s Barbershop Harmony will be representing New Zealand at the 75th Sweet Adelines International competition in Louisville, Kentucky in early November. Performing their Competition set plus an entertaining Show package incorporating such popular songs as “A Million Dreams”, “Somewhere Only We Know” and “Something in the Water” the chorus is hoping for a sell-out crowd to send them on their way.

Anna Hawkins promises to deliver soulful ballads in her unique, engaging style as well as a spectacular combined finale with the Rivertones.

The current New Zealand Champion women’s quartet, Unlimited, will add their sparkle to the stage, as well as other local quartets and ensembles.
