Convention fees

Payment options

  1. Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) - preferred
    Use this option to make online payment and receive your receipt instantly.
  2. Direct credit - preferred
    Direct-credit payments can be made to NZCF account 02-0100-0592437-00.
    Include in the bank deposit fields the following details:
    Particulars: Lastname Firstname
    Reference: Either use the reference number provided when you register online now or CC21 if not available.
  3. Cheque
    Make your cheque payable to ‘New Zealand Choral Federation Inc. and mail to:
    Choral Connect, PO Box 188, Wellington 6140
    Include a copy of your registration form with your cheque.

This Choral Connect registration form serves as a tax invoice (and receipt) and will be automatically emailed to the invoice address you have supplied (GST Invoice Number: 49-186-959).

Please note that receipts for direct credit or cheque payments are not be issued unless specifically requested.


Refund policy NZCF will refund fees in full up to 30 June 2021 in the case of withdrawal. After 30 June 2021, an administration fee of $80 will apply.
